Mold and Indoor Air Inspections:
If you feel you have a potential mold problem rest assured that the Sungate Certified Team can help. These inspections will be conducted using highly technical instrumentation that include Inertial Impaction Spore Traps, moisture meters, and assortment of Bio Tape and Swabs for any surface sampling. We utilize a local Lab for our mold test samples which is accredited by the American Industrial Hygiene Association.

Photovoltaic Solar System:
There are hundreds of residential and commercial solar systems in the Southern California Region. These systems do require inspections from time to time to ensure safety, and proper functionality. The Sungate Team will inspect the equipment, do voltage tests, and check wire connections.
